Purpose and legal basis
This data is used for the sole purpose of handling and answering your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with the legitimate interest of A Chord Group in responding to enquiries addressed to it.
Recipients
Your data is sent by email to the A Chord Group team and is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties. It is hosted by our hosting provider OVH SAS, located within the European Union.
Retention period
Messages received through the contact form are kept for a maximum of three years from the last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
